Successful life insurance agent is seeking a full time candidate who is positive, optimistic, and energetic and possesses a winning team attitude and high integrity. Must have a friendly and warm customer service approach and be comfortable talking with agents and applicants with the ability to build, strengthen, and maintain strong service relationships. Must be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong interpersonal, written, communication, organizational, and problem solving skills, and who can work independently in an office environment with no retail traffic - only phone and internet involvement with customers. Must enjoy motivating, inspiring, helping and working with people and have a sense of humor.

Duties: |
Responsibilities include but are not limited to submitting new business applications, overseeing the underwriting process, have a detailed knowledge of underwriting requirements and application requirements, daily communications with brokerage offices to seamlessly move cases forward (understand the drivers of turnaround time), scheduling medical exams and ordering APS’s, providing industry leading client service, having a command of a range of administrative functions, data entry, managing existing client base and maintaining the office calendar.

Qualifications: |
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the life insurance industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook
Life/health license is a plus
