We are growing and currently have opportunities available in our Newport Beach, CA office for an HRIS/Systems Specialist. This position is designed for someone with benefits and HRIS systems background looking for a flexible schedule. The primary responsibilities will be to assist e3 clients with systems implementation, conduct client training and education, and interface with the e3 service team on technology related issues.

Duties:

System Design, Implementation and Ongoing Management
  • Manages and analyzes the system development (analysis, configuration, and testing) of the technology platform for client's benefits systems;
  • Reviews client requirements, performs gap and/or impact analysis and delegates data,, and systems analysis in preparation for service specific plan cloning and configuration, as appropriate;
  • Reviews analysis and test plans, providing service specific expertise and identifying high level system solution;
  • Create Plan Design Manual for each client set up and implementation, and manage ongoing 834 file feed error reports, resolving them with the assistance of Operations Specialist and Benefit Department Service Team.
  • Manage various technology vendors to ensure high level of service for e3 clients
Client Sales Support and Service
  • Assist producers with sales presentations both in person and online
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, multi-media presentations, and deliver technical support.
  • Conduct Client training for current and future products, including online seminars.
  • Develop relationships with clients to provide highest levels of service.
  • Provide internal support to e3 Benefit Dept Service Team, including weekly reporting on service issues.
  • Provide ongoing training to internal e3 staff members on new and existing technology.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field such as MIS, DIS, Computer Science
  • 5-7 Years of Benefit or Insurance Experience Preferred
  • California Life and Health License Preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML, 834 File Specs, web-based systems
  • Expert Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
