Description:

The Pre-Admission Specialist is primarily responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the Reception department and for the daily check-in of all clients, obtaining financial information and assisting clients with paperwork as needed. Updates Payor Financial Information for clients that have an annual review. Assists the Medical Records Specialist with the distribution of incoming mail. Handles all evening pre-admission paperwork, including all financial screenings and data entry of Pre-Admission paperwork. Helps with overflow of morning Pre-Admission paperwork when needed.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Full-Time (40 Hours per week) Monday thru Thursday 12:00pm – 9:00pm; Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
