| The Head Teacher is responsible for the implementation of the educational and behavioral program in classroom and functions as classroom supervisor on a core team consisting of the psychologist/CSW/Classroom Coordinator and auxiliary staff comprised of One on One Classroom Aides, interns, and volunteers. Plans individual and group academic program. Drives Center’s or own vehicle as needed. Must maintain a valid Driver’s License as well as an insurance carrier acceptable Department of Motor Vehicle records. |
Duties: |
Plans individual and group academic programs that align with California State Standards.
Plans daily and weekly schedules.
Chooses appropriate teaching methods that align with California State Standards.
Chooses appropriate curriculum materials that align with California State Standards.
Plans appropriate field trips and other social activities.
Maintains a clean and well organized classroom

Qualifications: |
| Must have a Standard California Teaching Credential and a California Specialist Credential. |
