Statement of Purpose:
A Mobile Systems Wireless (MSW) Assistant Manager is responsible for increasing location sales by assisting in the training and development of sales employees, and maintaining organization and order within the kiosk. The Assistant Manager is responsible for setting a good example to be followed by the entire staff at the location. |
Duties: |
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Promote high morale within the location.
2. Provide on-the-job training to location employees.
3. Monitor performance.
4. Assist in the daily operations of the location.
5. Excel as one of the top salespeople at the location.
6. Work toward being promoted to General Manager. |
Qualifications: |
1. 18 Years of Age or Older.
2. High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
